As part of the transition to the new library management system we have had to switch off the QConnect buttons within RefWorks. QConnect was the Library’s linking service which connected to the full-text of a reference if it was accessible online. We had hoped there would be no interruption to this service but we have not yet resolved technical problems with the new version of QConnect. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience. Please do not hesitate to contact the RefWorks Support Group if you have any questions or comments: refworks-support@qub.ac.uk.
